● We have hired jumping castles before that were dirty and faded. Is it always dirty?
With age, jumping castles can develop faded colors, patches, rips, musty odors, worn stitching, and even mold (black spots) inside or outside. When renting a Bounce House, each Castle has a Manufacturing Date on it; it is best to check if you notice any of this to determine why you are being rented outdated units.
However, Weekend Inflatables cleans and disinfects the inflatables after each rental. We continuously change our inventory in order to provide our clients with the most recent and up-to-date Bounce Houses in the industry. We do not rent out old flats. Our jumping castles and water slides are kept in a temperature-controlled facility.
● Do the charges include delivery and set up?
Yes, we deliver and set up the jumping castle or waterslide. However, there can be an additional charge for areas further out our delivery range.
● What is the mode of payment?
40% payment is due when booking via the payment link given, via PayPal, credit card or bank transfer, the remaining 60% is due on delivery to the driver in cash
● Do you provide a copy of your contract and safety rules?
Yes, you can find a copy of both with your receipt. If not, you can also specifically ask for it.
